Revised Strategic Export Control Lists came into force: This included PL8001 being moved into Schedule 3 - UK CONTROLLED DUAL-USE GOODS, thus taking PL8001 out of Trade Controls. |

Although the Military OGEL still refer to SCHEDULE 2 Part 1, there is no longer a Part 1, but assurance has been given by the Head of Compliance that this will not alter the way Compliance Inspectors interpret these OGELs. |
